Ari + Jonathan
Ari & Jonathan were married in June at THE GOVERNOR HOTEL. My favorite aspects of this wedding were all of the DIY details that Ari, her mom, and several friends helped with in the months leading up to the festivities. From a chandelier of thousands of handmade cranes hanging over the dance floor, to the fan table numbers, to handmade fabric flowers adorning the bridesmaids dresses and bride’s belt…the list goes on and on. I have seen many DIY projects over the years and this was one wedding where they were done right! Everything looked perfect and tied together so well. Such a great couple and an all around beautiful wedding!!
Vintage kimono fabric was used by London designer HETTY ROSE. She created the wedding shoes and clutch out of the beautiful material. These two accessories were the inspiration to our design scheme.
Table runners were made from vintage kimono fabric.
The dogs had to make an appearance!
Custom made letterpress invites designed by LARK PRESS featured gorgeous floral graphics. We made stamps out of these and used them on menus, escort cards and throughout the reception decor.

Beautiful ceremony in the Renaissance Room. The background was several strands of gold cranes.
The color scheme for this event was to die for–love the rich hues.
As a wedding favor, guests were treated to a Popcorn Bar. We ordered several fun flavors from Humdinger Popcorn and guests loved it!
LIMELIGHT PHOTO BOOTH provided more evening entertainment!
The guests were definitely ready to party–the dance floor was packed all night!
