It was such a pleasure to coordinate an intimate, wine country affair for Carly & Matt.

Their sunny August day was just the right mix of family and fun. Scholls Valley Lodge hosted their closest family and friends for the weekend in it's rolling hills of grape vineyards. Colors of wine and berry flowed throughout the ceremony and reception, perfectly complimenting the scenery.

Guests danced underneath a warmly lit barn before sending off the bride & groom with glow sticks! Congrats Carly & Matt!

Kate + Matthew


It was so much fun working with Kate and Matt on their special day. Since the bride is in the "business" she was prepared with her ideas and vision from the get go and knew as soon as she saw it that Scholls Valley Lodge was the perfect place to bring her wedding vision to life.

Luckily for all of us, we got a beautiful sunny day at the end of April and were able to keep the ceremony and reception outside. Kate and Matt really wanted to add their own personal touches to the wedding from the groom making the arbor, to a friend making the bar and Kate's mom (who happens to be a florist in LA) handling all of the flower arrangements. Guests were treated to a grand pan of paella made onsite and the bride's favorite - donut desert wall!

Jessica + Matthew


Jessica and Matt’s wedding was a soirée to remember. The event was held at the beautiful Scholls Valley Lodge just outside the city. The lush green landscape was the perfect backdrop to this late summer wedding. As many Portland summers days do, it rained just before the ceremony, but just as the bride was to walk down the aisle, the clouds cleared up and the sun came out, as if giving it’s blessing for the union. The bridal party wore jewel tones of navy blues and deep claret reds. The ceremony was simple, and many tears of happiness fell. Following the ceremony was the most fun reception and party. A Pacific Northwest organic feast was served by Pearl Catering with accompanying Willamette Valley wines. The toasts were equally emotional and hilarious and the dance floor was opened up by DJ Mighty Moves. Once the bride and groom started dancing, they didn’t stop. An epic night was had by all, with the perfect sweet finish in Donut Day – a wonderful service who creates fresh, hot-out-of-the-oil doughnuts. Congratulations on your awesome love story Jessica & Matt!

Ashley + Andrew


Ashley, Andrew and their families are the nicest people–very thoughtful, appreciative and creative! Ashley and Andrew hoped for a beautiful, vintage wedding and with the help of the scenery from Scholls Valley Lodge, and NATALIA‘s coordination skills,  they were able to do just that. The bride and her mom custom made all of the table numbers, banners/signs, and candy station. Scholls Valley Lodge is a beautiful and unique barn like setting with the ability to use the space in multiple different ways.

Ashley and Andrew’s ceremony was held on a stunning lawn surrounded by huge trees.  They said their vows under a custom made arch while guests cheered and waved custom made wands.

After the ceremony guests made their way to the lower lawn for cocktail hour but not before signing a wooden bench that acted as their guest book. During cocktail hour guests were also escorted to the speakeasy bar on the upper deck of the lodge where Ashley’s Dad provided specialty cocktails made with Pendleton Whiskey (where he is the VP).

For dinner guests indulged in a family style dinner and after went into a beautiful barn decorated with white draping and sparkling chandeliers.
