There’s something undeniably special about celebrating a wedding on your family's estate, especially when that land is a working blueberry farm in the heart of Oregon. Izzy and Colton chose Izzy’s family farm, Oregon Blueberry, as the backdrop for their summer celebration, and it couldn’t have been more perfect.
Hosting an event on the 4th of July - the couple's favorite holiday. Guests were welcomed to the property with the kind of relaxed, down-home hospitality that immediately set the tone and definitely leaned into the theme of the day. A soaring Sperry tent stood tall against the fields, dressed in BBJ/La Tavola’s red, white, and blue striped linens. The vintage Americana theme was woven throughout every detail, from the rustic signage to the cozy lounge settings, it gave the day a timeless, effortless charm.
Zest Catering served up mouthwatering BBQ that had guests coming back for seconds (and thirds!), while The Stray Bar kept spirits high, shaking and stirring cocktails from their restored vintage Airstream. It was the perfect blend of casual fun and polished presentation.
The couple cut into a lemon cake dotted with blueberries picked right from the farm, a sweet nod to Izzy’s family legacy. As the evening settled into golden hour, guests danced under the tent, laughter spilling into the warm night. The celebration ended with a bang-literally-as fireworks lit up the sky over the blueberry fields, a grand finale for a day full of love and joy. It was definitely one of my favorite ways to end the night and epic day!
