Allison + Marc
It's not too often a bride and groom get married in Greece, but Allison and Marc decided to jet off to say "I do" with just a few of their close family and friends. And upon their return back to the states the mother of the bride, Brooke, threw them an amazing party at Portland Art Museum so they could celebrate with all their family and friends.
After hiring a star-studded line up of vendors, this event was nothing short of spectacular. Brooke played with the Grecian theme when planning out the design for this event. We had lush flowers from Zest Floral on every table that mimicked the round tops of the Grecian homes. Classic Vintage Rentals designed lounge areas throughout the venue with trinkets from Greece, including books, framed maps and beach glass bottles.
Seeing how the couple has lots of family and friends from out of town, Brooke also wanted to showcase a little bit of what Portland has to offer. Devils Food designed a local menu that included a beautiful seafood display and synchronized salad course. Guests were treated to mini bottles of POP champagne when it came time for toasts (of course in the Santorini blue) and mini personal cakes from Dream Cakes which included a grecian leaf wreath around the bottom.
Guests danced the night away and ended the night with a little Voodoo Doughnut treat for the ride home. It was an amazing evening and we were so happy to be apart of it all.
