Julia + Justin

Julia and Justin wanted to get married in front of a big old growth tree, after searching high and low we landed on the Ainsworth House. I had not had the pleasure of working there and I love when I get the chance to work at a new venue... especially when it's a gorgeous, lush garden like the Ainsworth House.

After picking out the venue we focused the design and theme of the wedding day towards an intimate garden soiree. With the ceremony taking place in front of the big tree, we followed with a cocktail hour in the gardens. Keeping the flowers soft and whimsical Blum Floral helped to bring the garden feel inside to the reception tables, where guests dined on a delicious dinner from Chefs Table.

With a lot of Julia's family traveling from China for the wedding, Julia & Justin wanted to showcase all the best things about the Pacific NW.  Chef's Table helped to design a menu and bar that featured local and seasonal ingredients.

It didn't take long after dinner for the dance floor to fill up as Design Band rocked the party. Guests danced the night away ending with a special sparkler send off for the couple. We loved being apart of this special day!
