Amber + Patrick

It is always extra special when one of our own gets married! We were lucky enough to take part in Amber and Patrick’s big day. Amber has been a planner on our team for years, and her wedding was as beautiful as she is, inside and out.

These two chose Labor Day weekend for their celebrations and decided to have an intimate ceremony and dinner reception with a cocktail reception the following day. Their ceremony and dinner reception took place at Patrick’s family home within the garden. After being served a negroni, guests made their way down to the garden. Surrounded by their closest friends and family, Amber and Patrick shared the most thoughtful vows to each other. It was especially moving as Amber’s sweet mom had passed away a few short weeks prior after battling cancer. It was so incredibly emotional, and very clear that these two have the support and love of so many.

Cocktail hour kicked off with tray passed appetizers and cocktails from Art of Catering as guests continued to explore the garden. Chad Dowling filled the space with music before inviting guests to make their way to their seats.

Blum Floral brought together the perfect mix of colorful wildflower blooms in bud vases atop the exposed wood farm tables. Guest names were calligraphied on agates of all shapes, sizes, and colors- the perfect accent to a beautiful table scape. Following a delicious meal from Art of Catering featuring paella, dessert was brought out and toasters showered the couple with love. The evening continued with mingling as everyone enjoyed the perfect night.

To be a part of Amber and Patrick’s intimate wedding ceremony was such a highlight we won’t soon forget.

It didn’t end there! The day after their wedding day, Amber and Patrick threw an unforgettable cocktail party at Irving Street Studio. They wanted their guests to mingle and most importantly, have fun!

The space was filled with tall white industrial bistros along with low tops for guests to sit at. Classic Vintage Rentals curated two amazing lounge sets filled with rich evergreens, burnt oranges, deep reds, and whiskey for guests to relax.

Art of Catering was at it again with amazing food displays that wowed the guests. A seafood pyramid filled with shrimp, lobster, oysters and so much more was an instant hit. They also created a delicious hanging charcuterie wall with a selection of local meats and cheeses that was beautifully accented with smilax and florals from Blum Floral.

Guests began the night with mingling and playing games. The night ended by dancing to hits from Chad Dowling. We loved being a part of every aspect of Amber and Patrick’s wedding weekend. Wishing these two so much happiness!

Bridal Bliss made our wedding day and reception run seamlessly! Our coordinator helped bring all of the final details together and took much of the stress off our plates when it mattered most. I cannot recommend them enough!
