Tanya + Robby | Wedding

What. A. Wedding. It was going to be hard to top the epic sports themed rehearsal dinner we celebrated the night before, but we did it and did it well!

I've had the pleasure of working with Robby's family several times  in the past and loved every second of it. Tanya had grand ideas, including marble and flowers galore. We not only made her ideas happen, but took them up a notch!

After getting ready at the Sentinel Hotel, the wedding party headed to The Grotto for photos with Ben Pigao. LaRhonda Steele's gospel choir set the tone for the beautiful outdoor Catholic ceremony and the weather was perfection.

Post ceremony, the newlyweds hopped into a classic Bentley while guests were shuttled back to the Sentinel.  Upon arrival to the Sentinel, Sloshy Pops provided boozy popsicles as guests waited for the elevator to the Grand Ballroom.  The cocktail hour on the third floor had beautiful amber uplighting, a massive square bar, marbled escort display, cozy soft seating and even a roaming magician to keep guests entertained.

As cocktail hour ended, everyone was ushered into the Governor Ballroom on the fourth floor.  My favorite place to be during a reception grand reveal is by the door seeing jaws drop and hearing the "ooh's" and "ahh's." It. Was. Spectacular. The white, gold and blush color scheme was classically elegant and the flowers dripping from the highest levels of the stage were magical.  Blum Floral absolutely nailed it. The tables were full of floral, marbled double thick menus, beautiful settings and the marbled cake and sugar flowers by Dream Cakes were fantastic.  While the photos are stunning, it was also exciting to have Sam Day live painting the space!

Post-dinner, we enjoyed sweet toasts, an over-the-top champagne tower, dessert display, interactive photo station by Vanity Portrait Studio, Russian sweets table (as an homage to the bride's heritage) and a packed dance floor courtesy of Event Team Entertainment. With many kids in attendance, we had to make the littlest guests feel thought of as well.  We had a side room decked out with a magician, face painter, art and sitters.  They couldn't have been happier!

After a flower petal send-off, guests snagged a Russian doll favor and headed home with full bellies and hearts.  Working with this family is always a pleasure, and Tanya + Robby's wedding was one I will never forget!

XOXO, Nora

Working with Nora at Bridal Bliss was an absolute dream! You would think it would be impossible for someone to know everyone in the business but Nora genuinely does. She made choosing vendors so easy and helped us finalize everything about our wedding months before the big day. Nora made our wedding day perfect and left us and our guests with memories of a wedding that we still talk about non-stop today. You absolutely can’t get any better than Nora and Bridal Bliss!
