After years of visiting the Pacific Northwest, they chose Alexana Winery in the Willamette Valley, where sweeping vineyard views and modern architecture created the perfect setting for their celebration. Although the first day of summer brought unexpected rain, the couple embraced every moment with joy, proving that nothing could overshadow their special day. Vibrant blues, greens, and purples paired with lush florals transformed the reception into a colorful, elegant space full of personality. Guests enjoyed a lively New Orleans–style reception with interactive food stations, followed by a classic wedding cake and a fun Grateful Dead–inspired groom's cake that reflected the couple's style. It was a privilege to help bring Maria and Matthew's vision to life and celebrate a day filled with love, resilience, and unforgettable memories.
