Kristine + Robbie
Kristine and Robbie are the definition of soulmates, and from the moment I met with them I was so excited to be a part of their day. After meeting at OSU and through years of adventure, they were ready to be married in Our Lady of the Lake church and celebrate at Oswego Lake Country Club.
You could tell both Kristine and Robbie were cherished by their friends and family, as shown through the fun-loving bridal party and the sweetest families! The girls kicked off the day with hair and makeup from the amazing Olivia Hawthorne, while Robbie and the groomsmen got ready in the Oswego Lake Country Club suites. The vendor team arrived early to begin setup of what was sure to be an amazing day, kicking off with timeless bouquets and boutonnieres from Amanda Karam Floral and photos from Sweetlife Photography! Even a little rain wouldn’t stop Sweetlife from capturing the special pre-ceremony moments, including Kristine and Robbie’s first look.
The family and bridal party then departed to Our Lady of the Lake church, where their nearest and dearest were ready for the ceremony! Anyone who entered the church could feel the love and excitement for Kristine and Robbie from their guests, and it showed with a heartfelt ceremony highlighting their commitment to each other.
Once Kristine and Robbie said, “I do,” guests made their way to Oswego Lake Country Club to continue the celebration! To kick off the festivities, the bridal party and newlyweds made a grand entrance for the guests to classic songs played by DJ Chad Dowling. The space was decked out with a timeless, elegant feel including special details like custom ice cubes from PDX Ice and delicious cookie favors. After dinner and with champagne in hand, the happy couple got to hear heart warming toasts from the best man, maid of honor, and father of the bride.
The delicious food didn’t stop with dinner! Guests enjoyed cake from the amazing Dream Cakes and a custom ice cream bar to help fuel the night’s festivities. DJ Chad kept the dance party going all night long, and Kristine and Robbie ended the night the only way they knew how; with a loud and proud rendition of the OSU fight song and pom-poms for the road!
Kristine and Robbie, working with you and your families on your special day was such an honor, and I wish you all the best in married life!
