We love the expansive and versatile outdoor spaces, which include many walking trails through the forest and ideal photo ops around the property. We also adore the team at JM! What's special about weddings at JM Cellars?
There is so much versatility in the spaces offered at JM that allows us to help create a unique and special celebration for each and every one of our clients. While the venue itself is close to shops, accommodations, and additional wineries, the grounds of JM feel like you are hidden in a private PNW forest and combines the perfect mix of a rustic, modern, and romantic setting. The getting ready areas available for the couple are cozy and comfortable with tons of accommodations like pool tables and dressing rooms to keep your wedding party relaxed before go-time. Unique pieces of antique furniture, soft seating, and chiavari chairs are also included in the cost of the space, making this a perfect turnkey venue!
What ceremony and reception spaces are available at this venue?
Bocce Court: A classic ceremony location complete with the iconic JM arbor, the bocce court is the perfect spot to tie the knot with a classic PNW woodland backdrop.
Exterior Patio: This space is a fan favorite for cocktail hours and outdoor receptions complete with string lights and JM’s classic iron doors in the background. The patio can also accommodate a tent for weather dependent wedding days or off-season outdoor events.
Barrel Room: Don’t let the name fool you, this is actually NOT the room with the wine barrels in it, but instead a great indoor space for ceremonies, cocktail hours, and receptions. Situated on the other side of the iron doors, the barrel room is a great spot to utilize as a rain plan or to extend dancing indoors on a chilly evening.
Insider tips for weddings at JM Cellars:
Because JM is an active winery and tasting room it’s important to note that ceremony start time can be very strict due to the winery being open to guests until 4pm on weekends. Be sure to consult with your planner about arrival times for vendors, wedding party, and guests. JM is also dog and kid friendly, allowing you to have an inclusive guest list We encourage guests to uber or carpool as parking is very limited at JM and fitting large shuttles can be tricky in this space.
