Kim + Tim
Kim and Tim are an incredible couple, they exude love, compassion and Joy and it was a privilege to take part in bringing their special day into fruition. Kim and Tim incorporated so many unique and personal elements into their wedding. Starting with the personalized video they recorded with Jeffrey Le, who also captured their wedding day, onsite at Alderbrook to send out with their Greenvelope invitations. It included a special thanks to guests, the story of how they met and got engaged, as well as a song recorded by Jessica Allossery who performed for their ceremony and cocktail hour.
Kim and Tim are deeply connected to the Puget Sound and couldn’t have been more excited about getting married at Alderbrook, the most peaceful oasis. Festivities began on Thursday with a boat cruise to Union City Market where Kim and Tim got to welcome everyone to town. During the welcome party Jessica Allossery performed and set the mood for a perfectly joyful event. Guests enjoyed delicious food, great conversation, a beautiful view and floral elements designed by Columbia City bouquet. Before the guests reboarded the boat Kim and her father shared their special dance.
On Kim and TIm’s wedding day, spirits were high and the weather was perfect! Emily with Columbia City Bouquet flowered the event and elevated what was already a beautiful venue. Jessica Allossery performed for the ceremony, where Kim and Tim walked in together hand in hand. Following the ceremony guests enjoyed more music and delicious cocktails, which were called ‘Sirena’s Sunshine’ and ‘Triton’s Tale,’ a nod to the sea. Libby Tipton graced us with her beautiful stationery and signage for the day.
Guests were then seated for dinner in the courtyard at Alderbrook where they enjoyed the most delicious buffet provided by Alderbrook. Big Foot Mojo bagan playing for dinner and absolutely blew the couple away with their bluegrass Grateful Dead covers. The night continued with heartfelt toasts, a rockin’ dance party and endless cheers for the newlyweds!
