Winery Wedding

Laura + Jacob

I knew planning would be a breeze with Laura & Jacob after our first meeting together. They are the kindest couple with a great eye for design. Laura's vision translated beautifully to their venue, Maysara Winery.

We created a romantic and elegant garden feel. The ceremony was held on Maysara's patio overlooking a stunning view. Laura truly looked angelic in her gorgeous dress.

Guests then enjoyed drinks and yard games before entering the reception.

Whimsical florals in tones of white and blush covered the tables. Tons of votive candles touches of gold added just the perfect compliment.

Following dinner guests danced the night away and roasted s'mores by the fire pit.

My favorite touch was the photo bus, it was unique and kept everyone smiling all night! Congrats Laura & Jacob, it was a pleasure being a part of your day!

We worked with Carrie as our day of coordinator for our wedding in June 2018 at Maysara Winery, and she was absolutely delightful! She was organized, thoughtful, and even thought of important questions for wedding planning that I hadn’t considered. On the day of the wedding we completely trusted her to set up our decor exactly how we wanted - and it was perfect! We can’t thank her enough!

Cara + Micah

Cara & Micah's wedding was breathtaking on a typical PNW September day - we had sun & warmth, clouds AND rain.

They spent the morning getting ready together with their adorable pup before taking photos at at the venue.

After photos, it was time for the ceremony. The weather held and they were married outside on the venue’s Bocce Ball Court.

With the indoor and outdoor options JM Cellars provides, we were able to make a last-minute decision to move the reception inside, which turned out to be just as beautiful.

Guests were treated to a lovely buffet meal by Herban Feast, had the opportunity to visit the caricaturist for a fun drawing of themselves, all while mingling and cheers-ing to the couples favorite songs.

When it was time for dessert, guests were treated to a cronut bar. And if you’ve never had one before, I can tell you they are delicious!

It was a gorgeous September evening at JM Cellars!

Savitha + Ted

I first met Savitha a few months before her big day.  She was one of the most calm and relaxed brides I have ever me.  She wanted to keep the entire weekend of celebration stress free and uncomplicated for both herself, her finance Ted, and their families.

JM Cellars was the perfect venue for the style of wedding they were looking for, laid-back elegance.  Savitha chose simple details to enhance the beauty of the space, selecting locally grown flowers and romantic color palette.

Stadium Flowers added gorgeous flowers to the arbor where Savitha and Ted said their I-Dos.  My favorite moment (as it frequently is) was watching as  the ceremony came to close, joining not only the couple in this case, but also their families, with five kids between them - such a special moment for them all.

Following the ceremony guests were welcomed to the rock garden for wine and bites provided by Herban Feast before moving into the Wine Library for dinner.

Guests dined, and listened to heartfelt toasts before moving into the barrel room for dancing!  Although it was a cooler than anticipated summer evening the room was kept warm by the very full the dance floor and celebratory energy.

Congratulations Ted & Savitha, and thank you for allowing me to be a part of your special day!

Cindy + Tim | Seattle Wedding Planner | Washington Event Design | Mendiola Studios

After an unseasonably cool, rainy week, it was the perfect northwest summer day for Cindy & Tim's wedding at JM Cellars in Woodinville. Their ceremony was surrounded by greenery, casting the perfect amount of shade from the warm August sun. The aisle was marked by white, candle-lit lanterns and the alter was perfect draped in cream and blush linens, in keeping with Cindy's soft color accents. | Seattle Wedding Planner | Washington Event Design | Mendiola Studios | Seattle Wedding Planner | Washington Event Design | Mendiola Studios

The cocktail hour and reception featured subtle farmhouse style accents, with wine barrels used as glass topped tables and long, dark wood farmhouse tables. Rustic, vintage-inspired chandeliers were brought in to cast a beautiful dim lighting in the barrel room for dinner, where guests enjoyed thoughtful toasts and an array of JM Cellars best wines.

Cindy and Tim and their guests danced the night away with the barn doors open, allowing guests to flow from the dance floor to the patio lit by bistro-lights and under the stars as they wished. Best wishes to the newlyweds!

Bridal Bliss exceeded all of our expectations! Not only was Tessa amazing to work with in creating our timeline, she was able to provide great recommendations for vendors as well - even last minute ones. On our wedding day, the Bridal Bliss team seamlessly executed my vision for the ceremony and reception. All of our family and friends kept complimenting on how smooth the day went. Thanks Bridal Bliss!

Megan + Brandon | Portland Wedding | Oregon Event Planning and Design | Alexandra Grace Photography

From the start, I knew Megan and Brandon's wedding would be an amazing celebration. These two knew exactly what they wanted for their wedding day and had an amazing vision plus they are the such a sweet couple!

They picked a modern grey and white color palette with rich greenery to fill the stunning Maysara Winery. Megan and Brandon wanted to add their own personal touches to their wedding day from handmade signage and seating chart displays to serving the bride's favorite cold brew to the groom making the stage and arbor which Bella Bloom adorned with lush florals.

After a fun cocktail hour filled with lawn game and lounges for guests to gather and enjoy the beautiful weather, they made their way into Maysara where Bella Bloom had filled the center of each table with tall trumpet vases of greenery perfectly lined up. Once dinner had gotten underway, Megan and Brandon were announced and began their first dance outside for a few moments alone before the groomsmen opened the great doors.

Dancing soon got underway outside under the bistro lights and DJ Royale Entertainment kept the party going all night. Megan and Brandon, I so enjoyed getting to know you both and help plan your big day! I wish you so much happiness!

Sarah + Jason

From the second I met with Sarah, I knew that I wanted to be her wedding coordinator. She had a stunning vision of bright bold reds and pinks with natural elements that matched perfectly with their fun personality. As we planned, they booked a dream team of vendors that perfectly fit the style and feel they wanted for their wedding day at Maysara Winery

On their wedding day, everything came together flawlessly for these two and they were married under a breathtaking Chuppah by one of their closest friends. The reception was adorned with stunning floral arrangements from Swoon Floral that just popped with bold colors on the farm tables. Guests enjoyed a delicious family style dinner from White Pepper PDX filled with their favorites dishes.

The night was filled with so many amazing moments for these two and I couldn't be happier for them! Thank you for having me be a part of your big day and huge congrats you two!

Hillary + Graham

Hillary & Graham were such a delight to work with and I enjoyed every moment of planning with them! Their warm and inviting personalities made me feel like family, while their day was a perfect portrayal of that. The intimate gathering was held at Maysara Winery on a warm July day.

A ceremony on the scenic patio was followed by a reception inside the winery. Hues of soft blush and mint amidst lots of dusty eucalyptus set the tone for a fun and rustic celebration. Guests dined over burlap and lace while listening to some lovely heart felt speeches. Mini pies for dessert and TONS of dancing sent this couple off into the night. Hillary & Graham it was an absolute pleasure getting to know you - congratulations on your future ahead!

Bridal Bliss was a joy to work with! Carrie, our day-of-coordinator, did a fabulous job knowing exactly what we wanted and helped run the day as smoothly as possible. By the end, it felt like she was part of the family. Thank you, Bridal Bliss, for being a part of our wedding day. It was a day to remember!
